Mari is an incredibly talented woman living here on Maui. She makes quality, detailed, Ocean themed jewelry. Her jewelry can be seen at the Letarte store located on the North shore of Maui, in Paia. We did a shoot yesterday morning of some of her new pieces, as seen below.
Penny is a top notch Jiu Jitsu star from South Africa. She trained for many years here on Maui, and is now based in San Diego, California where she teaches, and trains for competeition. A glimpse into the world of my “other” work, editorial. I photographed Brenda this week with a specific fitness magazine in mind. Brenda is an amazing, energetic, sporty, mom of 2 daughters, and has done some fitness contests in the past. Fitness is her passion! Her love of it is contagious to those that surround her. I love photographing people that love what they do, it always shines through! Brenda will be featured in a 2 page spread, as well as wall as a full page, in the April issue of Oxygen Magazine.
